Registration / Program Fee


Covers the basic costs related to attendance and participation in camp activities and is required for all campers whether you come for the whole week or for one day. The only exception is for those only attending evening worship, then no registration is required.

Per person $15.00/week or $3.00/day
Family maximum $55.00/week or $10.00/day

Pre-registration is greatly appreciated!


A full meal ticket covers the cost of all meals beginning with dinner on Friday and ending with lunch on the 2nd Sunday, including the Chicken BBQ on Wednesday evening. Individual meal prices are listed below. Working meal tickets are extended to a select group of individual who do works of service for the camp while attending camp. A button will be provided to all who purchase full meal tickets and must be shown at the dining hall before each meal.

Adult Meal Ticket (15 and up) $125.00
Youth Ticket (Age 6-14) $85.00
Children's Ticket (5 and under) $30.00
Working Meal Ticket ($30 discount) $95.00
Individual Meals:  
Breakfast $6.00 ($3 for ages 5 and under)
Lunch $8.00 ($4 for ages 5 and under)
Dinner $10.00 ($5 for ages 5 and under)



Housing requests can be made to Tracy Davis at (585) 662-3185 or Please remember family camp staff will be housed before other housing requests can be confirmed. Please contact Tracy Davis with your first and second choices. Housing will be confirmed once all staff housing has been determined.

The housing rates are as follows:

Upper Lounge Room $200.00
($25.00 per night for less than full time)  
Motel Room $180.00
($25.00 per night for less than full time)  
Association Cabin $240.00
RV Sites (Water & Electric hookup) $150.00 for the week or $25.00 per night
Tent Sites $15.00 for the week


Note: Pets are not allowed in upper rooms, motel units, or association cabins.
