Registration / Program Fee
Registration is required of all campers. Registration/program/insurance fee of $10.00 is charged. Your registration fees are applied toward the ministry and fellowship programs of the family camp. NOTE: a maximum of $50.00 registration/program fee per family unit will be charged.
Pre-registration, by phone or in person on Memorial Day weekend, is appreciated. If registering by phone, forms will be prepared for your signature upon arrival at camp. Meal ticket buttons will be pre-made and ready for you to pick up on Saturday, July 17.

Housing requests can be made to Tracy Davis at (585) 889-0627 or by filling out this form. Please remember family camp staff will be housed before other housing requests can be confirmed. Please contact Tracy Davis with your first and second choices. Housing will be confirmed once all staff housing has been determined.
Please be aware that due to increasing costs housing accommodations have increased. New rates are as follows:
Upper Lounge Room

($25.00 per night for less than full time)
Motel Room
$180.00
($25.00 per night for less than full time)
Association Cabin
$240.00
Trailer & Tent Sites
(Water & Electric hookup)
$150.00 for the week or $25.00 per night
Note: Pets are not allowed in upper rooms, motel units, or association cabins.
Camp Work
Serving together enhances fellowship and builds friendships. We request that all campers please plan to pitch in whenever you see something that needs to be done and be willing to help when asked. It takes staff and campers alike to make camp a success.
A limited number of meal ticket jobs are available. Individuals or families may sign up for jobs and receive a $30.00 discount on their meals. These jobs must be arranged by May 31. Please call between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM or leave a message and we will return you call.
